When you contact The Early Career Coach, subscribe to career notes, download a resource, or request a coaching session, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred session date, and details about your career goals.
How information is used
Your information is used to respond to messages, deliver requested resources, provide coaching services, arrange sessions, process bookings, and send career notes when you have subscribed. It is not sold or rented.
Service providers
This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes website form submissions. Payments are handled by Stripe. Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. The Early Career Coach does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Analytics and technical information
The website and its hosting provider may collect limited technical information, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate location derived from an IP address, to maintain security and understand site usage.
Data retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from career notes using the link in an email. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@earlycareercoach.org. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, or transaction purposes.
