Clarity Before Action

Where You Might Be Right Now

Approaching Graduation

You've been focused on coursework, not career planning. Graduation is approaching and a degree alone doesn't guarantee direction. This is the time to recognize what you actually bring to the table, build confidence in your strengths, and think intentionally about what you're pursuing and why it fits you. Those skills will serve you well beyond your first job.

Early in Your Career

You're in your first role (or still searching for one) and the path forward isn't obvious. Maybe you're feeling stuck, burned out, or unsure if you're even on the right track. Sometimes you just need space to step back, reconnect with who you are and what you're good at, and explore possibilities you haven't considered. I'll work alongside you to build that clarity and confidence.

Ready for a Transition

You've been working for a few years but something isn't clicking. Maybe you're in an environment where you don't feel seen or valued for what you bring. Before making a move, it helps to think through why you want the change, what the right next step actually is, and how to position yourself with intention. I bring out-of-the-box thinking to help you see paths you might not have explored yet.

What You'll Work Through

Career Strategy & Pathing

You'll start with the why: what drives you, what you value, and where you want to be. You'll also take stock of who you are, what you're good at, and where your confidence needs grounding. Then you'll define the what: specific roles, industries, and companies. Then you'll set a timeline with milestones you can actually follow.

Resume & LinkedIn

48% of graduates feel unprepared to apply for jobs. Your resume and LinkedIn should reflect your intention, not just your history. I'll help you rethink them so they communicate where you're headed, not just where you've been.

Interviewing Skills

Interviews reward preparation, not improvisation. You'll work through behavioral questions, case scenarios, and mock sessions so you can walk in and communicate your value with clarity and confidence.

Salary Negotiation

New grads expect around $101K but the average starting salary is $68K. Understanding your market value and learning how to advocate for fair compensation is a critical skill, and one worth building early.

Leadership & Presence

Moving from individual contributor to leader requires a different set of skills. You'll explore executive presence, strategic thinking, and what organizations actually look for when they promote from within.

Career Transitions

Changing industries or roles is easier when you have clarity on why you're making the move and a realistic timeline for getting there. You'll identify your transferable skills and think through how to position the transition intentionally.

Common Questions

What if I don't know what I want to do yet?

That's actually a great place to start. A big part of the work is helping you think through what you value, what energizes you, and what kind of career actually fits who you are. You don't need to have it figured out before we talk.

Is one session enough?

It depends on where you are. If you have a clear focus area (like resume or interview prep), one session can go a long way. If you're working through bigger questions about direction, strategy, and confidence, the multi-session paths give you the space to go deeper and build momentum.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just come as you are. When you book, you'll share a bit about your situation so the session is focused. If you have a resume or LinkedIn profile, it helps to have those ready, but there's no homework required.

What's the difference between the paths?

Each path is named after where you are educationally and professionally. The Undergraduate Path is a single session for students building their foundation. The Graduate Path gives you three sessions to work through more complex career strategy. The Early Career Path is five sessions for those who want deeper, sustained work across resume, interviewing, negotiation, and leadership.

I'm burned out and don't even know where to start. Can you still help?

Yes. You don't need to show up with a plan. A lot of people come in feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure if they're even in the right field. The first step is just stepping back and creating space to think clearly. That's what the session is for.

I come from an underrepresented background. Is this space for me?

Yes. I work with people from all backgrounds, and I understand the additional layers that come with navigating professional spaces where you may not see yourself reflected. Part of the work is helping you recognize your value, see yourself in the roles you're reaching for, and build confidence that's grounded in who you actually are.
